Overview
If an alarm is tripped at your home or company, we provide a quick keyholding and alarm response service. When a member of our professional security team is dispatched to your property, our keyholding team will preserve and look after a copy of the key to your house or business. We can not only perform an outside sweep of your property because we have a copy of your key, but we can also obtain access and ensure that everything is in order and secure on the inside. If an alarm is tripped, we respond quickly, as well as providing frequent visits in our mobile patrol vehicles and any other security services you may require.
Alarm response calls aren’t the end of our keyholding and alarm response service. We can also provide access to your property after hours for your employees or if you need to open your premises for workmen or maintenance.

ALARM REPONSE
We respond to intruder alarm activations, removing any disturbance produced by the alarm’s activation, whether it’s a false alert or a real one. This eliminates any risk to your company’s designated keyholders, who would otherwise be required to attend the activation at any time of day or night. How It Works

Step 1: Survey.
We do a survey of your property to audit your entry processes, collect a copy of your keys, and are available to respond to alarm calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Step 2 – SIA Guards.
If we are called to your home and it is not a false alarm, our trained SIA security guards will inspect your premises to ensure that any intruders have left and, if necessary, re-secure your property to give you peace of mind.
