Overview

Block management involves constant communication with various contractors in respect of maintenance and repairs and in some cases, full accounting facilities for budgeting, service charge and year-end accounting.

Key responsibilities of our service;

  • An initial audit of the building’s condition
  • Ongoing legal, compliance and tenant issues
  • Frequent Property Visits and reports
  • Arranging and managing all block insurance, including claims.
  • All major internal and external works supervision
  • site inspections, ensuring all works are carried out according to specifications.
  • Communicate news of your building to residents through regular newsletter, where required.
